DIPS

Smoked Salmon Dip

½ cup Smoked Salmon
2 containers of smoked salmon cream cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 green onion chopped fine
Mix all ingredients together and serve

Cream Cheese and Cucumber Dip

1 pkg cream cheese softened
1 cup finely shredded cucumber, well drained
½ cup Swiss cheese
½ tsp lemon juice
½ tsp minced fresh garlic

Mix all ingredients till well blended. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs. or till ready to serve
Salsa Shrimp Dip

½ cup (half a 250 g tub) light cream cheese
2 cups salsa
1 can shrimp drained
½ cup chopped celery
¼ cup green onion slices

Beat cream cheese spread in a small bowl with electric mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in salsa till blended. Stir in shrimp, celery and green onions till blended
Put in fridge for at least 1 hour.
