Sheila’s Black Bean Salsa
1 can black beans
1 cubed avocado
1 large tomato chopped
1/4 c. chopped red onion
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
1 tbsp minced jalapeno
1/4 lime juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 c. frozen corn ( optional
Drain and rinse black beans. Add the rest. Excellent with Tostitos
