JAPENESE CABBAGE SALAD

JAPENESE CABBAGE SALAD

Dressing:

1 pkg. seasoning from instant noodles
½ cup vegetable oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix well and set aside

½ head Bok Choy
2 cups diced broccoli
2 cups diced cauliflower
2 cups diced celery
4 green onions
½ cup sliced almonds
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1-3 oz. pkg. instant noodles
½ pkg. chow mien noodles
¼ cup sunflower seeds

Toast almonds and sesame seeds. Mix vegetables and all ingredients together with dressing except noodles. Mix in noodles just before serving.
