ARTICHOKE DIP

Hot Artichoke Dip

1 cup Hellmans Mayonnaise
1 pkg Knorr Cream of Leek Soup
1 cup sour cream
1 can artichoke hearts, drained/chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 clove garlic minced


Bake in a preheated oven 350 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes.

Mix all ingredients together well. Put in a rectangular baking dish. Serve with tortilla chips or bread.


Creamy Artichoke and Leek Dip

1 cup Hellmans Mayonnaise 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pkg Knorr Cream of Leek Soup 1 clove garlic minced
1 cup sour cream
1 can artichoke hearts, drained/chopped

Combine all ingredients.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or till heated through
